"So, we gonna leave kan's shelter for a while?" Alexi looked at her dad and tilted her head, clad in a black hoodie and a ripped pair of jeans, it was summer, they had a bit of money to scrounge with, only a small bit though, just enough for a few hotels and some food, Kanetsugu was nice enough to let them stay for free, they were often visitors to the place after all. You know, since they had so little cash in in the first place. "Yeah, we need to move into the city, we might find some people we can rob...." "Dad, you get arrested for that!" She huffed at kotaro, whipping her tail back and then sighing. "Well...I guess we gotta survive somehow though..." She sighed, she knew she wouldn't be able to win that argument at all, it was impossible. But she wished he wouldn't do that sort, he always was so focused on getting them around and alive in the wrong ways...she just... Wanted time to herself. Time to be her and no one else, was that so hard?!
"Alexi?" She heard her father's voice and snapped back into reality slowly, looking up at him. "Sorry, I drifted..." She sighed, but kotaro didn't answer at all. "Just go say goodbye to the hat nerd already." He sighed and watched as she ran off into the building again. She ran past several homeless people and through the halls, tripping once but getting back on her feet right away. She then knocked on the door of the actual managers office and a man with neatly cut black hair opened the door and smiled at her. "Ah, alexi!" Are you and your father leaving already?" He asked her with a laugh and smiled down at her casually. Alexi grinned and jumped up and hugged him, she was a bit short for an 18 year old, that was for sure, but hey? What could she do. "Yeah, we're moving into the city for a bit...I would stay but I can't..." She sighed.
Kanetsugu frowned for a moment, fixing his priest robes. "Remember Alexi, if you ever feel unsafe...you can come with me, okay?" He whispered, and she nodded in compliance before running off again. "Well, I'm off!" She grinned, and ran back outside, there was a bus waiting at that time, Kotaro just got it to hold for a while. "Sorry dad, coming!" She yelled ahead and jumped onto the bus, rushing to her seat and getting a few frowns from other passengers, a kid held them up? Ugh. Alexi frowned at all the glares back at her for a moment before sighing as the doors closed and the bus started to move, it was time to get going it seemed.
"Can I get a bit of ice cream in the city dad?" Alexi asked, staring out the window as the trees went by and they slowly moved through the small towns and wondering what their lives were like, all the houses were sprawling and utterly huge, well, some of them. What was it like living in that life? What did it feel like? "I guess, but only one scoop." He said.
"The great dragon needs his morning coffee set up and ready, imbicle, what's taking you so long!?" Masamune hissed, jumping up at Magoichi, his personal servant. "M-masamune! Calm down, It's ready downstairs, just go down and-" "I WANT IT UP HERE TODAY!" He yelled, falling back onto his king sized bed, letting out a snort. "Just get it right..." he mumbled as his servant walked away to grab what he needed. Masamune was 19, turning on 20 in a few days, and he had goals. Pick up a chick, get a good wife, just do what his dad would want him to do...if he was alive. Or his mom...but screw them! Look at the inheritance he had! One of the best flats in new york! Sure, he had a few enemies on the market like Nobunaga and Ranmaru and that stupid Hideyoshi and his wife Nene, but at least THEY were nice...kind of. It was hard competing in the stocks, it made you real sour to everyone else around you you know, can't trust anyone. But chicks? Sure. he'd take a chick any day, a rough type, a cruel type, a shy one, any kind. He grinned as he imagined a hoard of females around him, all his little queens...but he wanted the one, just the one. Sadly catcalling wasn't somthing that worked, and if they were with him, it was for the cash only, it was a sad reality that he still refused to accept.
"I have your morning coffee and bacon and eggs...." Magoichi sighed, he never got a break for a second... Masamune sat up and snorted, frowning. "About time, I was only about to die from starvation." He hissed, grabbing the food and shoveling it down as if he didn't even care that it was prepared. Magoichi sighed, and let out a mumble. "Masamune...one day you will have to marry a proper woman you know...I have candidates for you..." Masamune suddenly shot a total blast of rage glare at him and jolted up. "YOU WANT ME TO PICK FROM A LIST, YOU IMBICLE!?" He snorted, and grabbed him by the collar. "This dragon is a free one! I make my own choices, you don't make them for me!" He snarled, his eyepatch almost slipping loose for a second, he only had one good eye and Magoichi could take his vision if he wanted, but he didn't. He would probably get sued...and killed. He just sighed and backed off. "...Yes sir." He mumbled, and masamune slipped away to get dressed. Moments later he was out with a pair of fancy jeans and a leather jacket over a logo tee. "I'm going chick hunting." He proudly proclaimed, storming out the room. Magoichi sighed....he was probably going to stand by the ice cream stands again and catcall...ugh. He was a fool, he wouldn't get a woman like that...not a decent one anyways.
