The room was quiet, rusted, the sounds of blood red iron rich rain falling outside, hitting the sand with tiny splashing noises, dyeing everything pure red.
Flynn couldn't understand what he was seeing, he couldn't understand why this was here, why this was all happening.
It was raining blood, goddamn blood. The iron rich smell of blood dripping down the roof and into the buckets that collected the rainwater, sliding down the roof and dripping on his nose, the landscape outside of his window becoming red, all so red.
He took a step back, his eyes wide as golfballs at the sight of this all before his eyes, it was raining fucking blood, BLOOD.
"Eh-wh...wha...but..." He shook his head and rubbed his eyes, this couldn't be real, it was impossible... It can't rain blood...it can't!
He continued to step back away from his window until he felt a foot trip him over and he hit the hard ground with a yelp, pain shooting through his body as his back impacted the ground hard.
He looked up in confusion. "H-hey?! Who thinks they can just trip me like that?!" Flynn spat...but there was no one there, not a single soul near him that could have uttered those words, not a single soul at all.
He was alone in the room, and all could be heard but a tiny giggle...and a sharp set of white teeth and a scaly blue visage.
A pair of hands grabbed Flynn from behind and he let out a scream, but it was no use, he couldn't yell for help in time and everything went black.
"Welcome to our little home, Capitan Flynn. How about we give you the special little treatment?" A voice came from the darkness, and the first daughter emerged, the first daughter of those two monsters. A cuttlefish lady with scales all over her body, a sturdy furred tail and a sick grin on her face, she knew that she was going to have fun once he woke up...
"You don't suppose that they have found your other spawn yet, do you?" The midwife ran her fingers across Perseus's chest, looking into his eyes affectionately as he towered over her, on top of her, the massive sprawling bed that once belonged to eon now claimed by them. they were enjoying this greatly, and soon they would even more.
Perseus gave off a smug grin and came down and ran his tounge along her neck and she let out a pleased whine at his actions, his tounge was always ever so soft yet perfect. "I am quite sure our two children are able to handle finding them." He grinned happily and prepared to start their next session, perhaps this time she would conceive at last yet again...
"So you mean that...you always know how to win a skystones game no matter how you play?" Fia tilted her head, staring at the board, for gods sake, how was he so good at this? Like...how the hell?! This was almost illogical!
Kaos only shrugged quietly, he didn't seem to fancy talking all that much since Fia passed out at random, something was stressing him out it seemed... And Fia wanted to pry but didn't think she should, she just had a
Bad feeling about doing that.
But she had an even worse feeling that prying too deep would cause problems, he was already jumpy and seemed to not be who they painted him as, so she had a bad feeling that assuming anything would be dangerous, and she didn't want to hurt him, she couldn't stand the idea of doing that.
"Fia?" His voice suddenly came out of nowhere and shocked her and she flinched and nearly fell off her chair before regaining balance. "A-ah! Sorry!" She whimpered, seating herself again properly after nearly falling off and blinking.
"You zoned out." He said quietly, and then added another thing, tapping the skystones board. "It's your turn."
She stared at the board, embarrassed, before thinking for a moment and made her move, taking one of his drows.
He only shrugged and thought for a moment, Fia watching carefully. She saw it, his eyes were darting back and forth amazingly, illuminating as he thought ahead of the move, what could come of the next actions, his pupils dilating for a single moment before he placed down an Axecutioner and took out one of her pieces.
Fia blinked, he put a lot of thought into that, yet it was such a simple move...but why? Did he care all that much about winning? Was it worth asking? Should she ask? Screw it, she was going to.
She took a deep breath and sucked in a breath of air into her lungs, paused, and then spoke quickly. "Why do you care so much about what move you make?" She then shut her mouth right after that when he looked at her oddly, tilting his head. "Aren't you supposed to?" He replied in confusion. "I mean...if I ever lost I would..." He shut his mouth all of a sudden and went quiet and looked away, as if he startled himself.
Fia's eyes widened. "Kaos?"
There was no reply to her whatsoever.
"Kaos what do you mean?" She asked again, panicking a bit at this point.
He took a deep breath and looked at her with what almost looked like trauma, and then he shook his head. "Just...just...it's your move." He changed the subject in an instant, and then it hit Fia. It hit her hard.
Something was wrong here, something was causing him to think differently, to put insane effort in things that didn't matter, to find it so important, he would suffer if he got it wrong, something was happening here that was hurting him. It was...it wasn't right.
She said nothing however, simply nodding and taking her turn, this time she found herself being more careless, not paying attention to what she really did, matter of fact she put herself in a checkmate just like that, her last skystone, put to a waste.
With that, it was over and he took another win, twenty five to zero. He was just shocked she was still here...that she wanted to keep playing. Maybe she was waiting for him to loose, just to prove something. But he felt done for now, so he decided to call it quits, he didn't want to play anymore.
"I'm done playing for now." He said quietly and pulled out his chair, Fia still sitting there, tapping her fingers on the board, her two metallic fingers clicking against it every few seconds, creating almost a sort of soft tune, and when he heard it, he froze for a moment and turned around again.
She looked up to stare back at him, he just looked so damn distraught...it was almost painful to watch, it was as if he was a completely different person to who he was before. It wasn't right, it wasn't right in the slightest...but what if it was the other way around? What if he was just a damn good actor who knew how to get around?
She let out a sigh and finally stood up, perhaps it was time to make things a bit happier. Kaos just blinked and started to walk off, but before that Fia ran up from behind and swept him off his feet and picked him up bridal style, and he let out a squeak of terror. "W-WHA!?" He yelped, and she just continued walking in the direction he was going.
"Figure it out." She smiled as he hid his face in embarrassment, squirming a bit. "B-but no! I can walk fine!" He squeaked, but it was no use, he was trapped. "What, are you angry at me now?" She giggled, it was actually quite clear that he was red as hell, he wasn't used to affection. "Mnnnngh!" He whimpered and just gave in with a huff, pointing down towards the direction to his bedroom.
To him, he still didn't understand why she would ever love him back, but it seemed that she did...and it was enough for him.
Cali could hear the sound of a voice around her, aside from the sound of water droplets dripping down all around her...she felt warm.
There was then a poke to her cheek, and another feeling came, wetness, all around her. "OY!"
She let out a gasp and jolted upwards, coughing up water. She then panicked and covered her areas, only to realize that she was still wearing her sleeping gown. "I-wha?! Wha?!" She panicked, seeing that she was in the bathroom, soaking in the bathtub, lightly clothed.
She blinked and looked around and nearly jumped when she saw Citrena siting on the counter, bruised and covered in blood...literally covered in it. "What happened to you-....oh.." It all came back to her in an instant and she shuddered, she remembered how she lost control...
"...I'm sorry." She said again, shaking her head, her soaked fur feeling raw and smelling rusty like blood. It was the feeling of shame in her, pulsing through her body...
Citrena however, only shrugged as if she didn't care at all, what the hell? "I've been thru waaaay worse ya kno, dis don't bother me all that much than it shud." She sounded so casual, like she could just brush it off...that wasn't right.
"You sound like you don't even care." Cali huffed, staring at her bloodied body, at least she wasn't still stripped naked. Something about it just sent a shiver down her spine, it was just weird as hell...
"Eh. Like I've said, m' used to it." She shrugged, and Cali had to hold herself back with all of her will to not ask if she was abused or something, but it seemed obvious as to what the answer was.
"Fine...if you say so..." Cali huffed, upset.
This wasn't the last of this though, she knew it. This hell was just starting.
